XOX at the trade fair for sweets and snacks – ISM 2016
The 46th international trade fair for sweets and snacks (ISM) took place the 31st January until 3rd February 2016 in Cologne. The XOX Gebäck GmbH was part of the ISM once again this year and introduced a total of 15 new products as well as a completely new exhibition stand. The trade fair was able to record a strong rise in attendance regarding visitors and exhibitors. 1.601 suppliers from 65 countries presented products to about 38.500 visitors from all over the world. XOX could also register way more interested potential business partners than last year, in particular on the national level. As the third-largest full product range supplier in the German snack market, XOX could arouse enthusiasm once more with extensions of the product range in the nut segment and innovative products as the XOX Schoki-Flips or the XOXinos Snackers. Another novelty this year was the cooperation of the XOX Gebäck GmbH with the ‘Sandmännchen’ under whose name XOX offers the Sandmännchen Schoki-Flips and the XOX Sandmännchen Apfelchips, which proved to be a highlight for young and old customers. The innovative products also generated the attention of the press. XOX was glad about the visit of RTL, ZDF, WDR, SWR and many more representatives of the media.
