All submitted XOX-products that were tested by the German Agricultural Society (DLG) were valued with gold – without exception! In addition to the sensory product analysis, the focus is on the selection of raw materials, production technologies and recipes. Only the products that pass these product-specific DLG tests receive the golden DLG medal.
