With 94 percent of exhibitors and 80 percent of visitors coming from abroad, the trade fair impressively confirmed its role as the world&rsquo;s leading platform for the food industry.<\/p>\n<p>Gerald B&ouml;se, CEO of Koelnmesse GmbH, emphasized the importance of the event: &ldquo;Anuga impressively demonstrates the central role it plays in the international food industry: It is a showcase for the success of an entire industry and an important driver of billions in sales. The global food industry is one of the most important growth drivers worldwide. At Anuga, this strength becomes tangible, underlining the innovative power and international significance of the sector.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>XOX also used the trade fair to present its latest snack highlights. The focus was on innovation, new shapes and flavor profiles, and the trend toward conscious enjoyment. In addition, category impulses were set on topics such as shelf management, sales, and visibility in retail.<\/p>\n<p>Personal interaction played a central role. The international trade audience showed great interest in the company&rsquo;s products and concepts.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;ANUGA was a great opportunity &ndash; from existing customers to many new, promising contacts.
